About me

As a therapist I support people in navigating challenging life stages. I support them to find ways to understand their relationships, their unknown patterns and inner resources, in order to develop new perspectives.

Born and raised in Upper Austria, I moved to Vienna after graduating from high school— nevertheless I have not lost touch with my Upper Austrian roots.

Over many years, I gained extensive experience in various areas of the healthcare sector—including human resources and quality management. These positions have had a lasting impact on my understanding of structures, communication and human dynamics in big systems.

I completed an MBA in Hospital Management following my training as a biomedical sientist, this program complemented my organizational and analytical perspective. Today, I integrate these experiences into my therapeutic work, which is characterized by a mindful, resource-oriented and systemic approach to people and their relationships.

My training as a psychotherapist has given me the opportunity to support people on their journey toward personal development and emotional well-being. I guide them with compassion, humor, and professionalism. I am convinced that change is always possible.
