Psychotherapy – systemic therapy
Systemic therapy views people within the context of their relationships, family, partnerships, circle of friends or professional environment. Challenges usually do not arise from a single person, but from recurring patterns in communication or in how people interact with one another. Systemic work focuses on making these patterns visible, fostering mutual understanding and discovering new solutions. The focus is not on the problem itself, we focus on the strengths and abilities that are already present.
For me, systemic therapy is far more than a psychotherapeutic method, it is an attitude. An attitude in which I approach people with appreciation, openness and genuine interest. I am here to support you on your way to find new perspectives, I will accompany you through the change without dictating what that change should look like.
